🕒 Processing Time aka “Hold Up, We’re Mixing the Magic”
Every bottle of oil is made by hand. No robots, no magic machines (just Mom and sometimes me accidentally spilling peppermint).
Please allow 5–10 business days for us to whip up your order — longer if Mom forgets where she put the labels.
Tracking info will be sent once your stuff ships, unless the carrier pigeons get lost (they’re still in training).
🚚 Shipping aka “How Your Oils Travel the World”
We ship via USPS, and right now, we ship to the U.S. (because teleportation isn’t real yet😭)
If you live close and want to do a porch drop-off, DM us! We love porch vibes ☀️
😩 Returns aka “No Returns Unless It’s a Disaster Movie”
Sorry, we can’t accept returns if you just changed your mind or your pet licked the bottle.
BUT if your order arrives looking like it was in a WWE match, contact us within 7 days with pictures — we’ll fix it, promise.
⚠️ Allergy Alert aka “Patch Test or Regret”
Our oils are natural and amazing, but your skin might have other ideas.
Do a patch test first (put a lil oil on your wrist and wait 24 hours).
If your skin throws a tantrum, maybe don’t put the oil everywhere. We’re not responsible for your skin’s drama.
(And seriously, don’t eat it. It’s not a smoothie.)
